What we offer and what we do not offer
This website presents the proposal for assembling and shipping baskets and gift boxes, and allows you to send an inquiry through the form on the contact page. It does not offer user accounts, online payments, reservations, or order tracking. The form only confirms the technical receipt of the message: it does not create an order, does not hold stock, and does not generate a reservation. Any assembly, delivery date, or product combination is arranged afterward, directly with our team.
Proper use of the site and the information
We ask that the information you enter in the form be truthful and correspond to a real inquiry. The site content, descriptive texts, images, and brand identity are published for informational purposes and may not be reproduced or used for third-party commercial purposes without prior authorization. Along with those values, we store the date and time of submission, the form identifier, the page language, and the source of the inquiry. Responsibility for content and submissions
The information published describes our assembly proposal, but it does not constitute a guarantee regarding product availability, delivery times, or logistics conditions, which are confirmed on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect delivery details, the inability to receive the shipment, or causes beyond our coordination.
